To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sg88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
sg88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform, under any theory of liability, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your sg88 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon valid account closure (where no breach or fraud is involved), sg88 will return any remaining real-money balance to you via your verified payment method, less any applicable processing fees, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting sg88 Support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not relieve you of any obligations arising from transactions made prior to closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the sg88 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

Where a complaint is not resolved through sg88's internal process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable complaint handling procedures. sg88 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
sg88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, sg88 will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following means: a notification upon next login, an email to your registered address, or a notice on the sg88 Platform.
Your continued use of the sg88 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact sg88 Support to request account closure.
